This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations of workshop enrollments purchased from Xunrovaraghol.

Return Period

You may request a refund for your workshop enrollment within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content. This period allows you to evaluate the workshop and determine if it meets your expectations.

For workshops that have already started, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the workshop start date and before accessing more than 25% of the course materials.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request is made within the specified return period
• You have not accessed more than 25% of the course content
• You have not received a certificate of completion
• The request is submitted through our official contact channels
• You provide your order number and enrollment details

Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Cost of Return Shipping

Since our workshops are delivered digitally through our online platform, there are no physical products to return and no shipping costs associated with refunds. All course materials are accessed electronically, and refunds are processed directly to your original payment method.

Return Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, enrollment email, and reason for the refund request
3. Wait for our response, which will be sent within 5 business days
4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take up to 14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Workshops where more than 25% of the content has been accessed
• Certificates of completion that have been issued
• Refund requests made after the specified return period
• Workshops purchased during promotional periods with explicit "no refund" terms
• Any additional services or add-ons purchased separately

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in Canada, including:

• The Consumer Protection Act of Ontario
• Federal regulations regarding digital goods and services
• Provincial consumer rights legislation

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you are located outside of Canada, local consumer protection laws may apply, and we will work to accommodate reasonable requests in accordance with applicable regulations.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your workshop enrollment before the workshop start date without penalty, provided the cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the start date may be subject to a processing fee.

To cancel an enrollment, contact us using the information provided below. Once a workshop has started, cancellation requests will be treated as refund requests and subject to the terms outlined in the Return Period and Return Conditions sections.

If we cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to another available workshop.

Refund Procedure

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund according to the following procedure:

1. We will send you a confirmation email acknowledging the refund approval
2. Your access to the workshop materials will be revoked within 24 hours
3. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
4. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve any issues promptly.

In cases where the original payment method is no longer available, we may require alternative arrangements, which will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
